What is the best diet?


Welcome to this week’s Optimal Energy Project
TV. My name is Mitch Asser and today we have a really great question. In fact, there’s
been so many times that I’ve been asked this question now in just especially the last three
to six months. This question actually comes from Mel. She asks, “There’s so much information
out there about the nutrition that we need to eat, from counting calories to all these
different diets from vegan to paleo.” She asks, “I’m just so confused that I don’t know
where to start. I feel as if there’s too much information out there that contradicts each
other.” It’s such a great question and it’s a hundred
percent true. I totally agree with it and I can definitely feel that confusion or that
you just don’t know what to do because there is so much information out there. Not only
that, but all of this information that we should not eat meat or that we should eat
meat or that we should do all these different things, have a high fat diet and a high protein
diet. They’re all backed by scientific studies. Everyone is showing really great results in
every single different way of eating as well. The information I’m going to [inaudible 00:01:27]
share with you over the next few minutes may contradict things even more. However, I want
to shed some light on the bigger picture because I think once you can see the bigger picture
about what’s happening across all of these different ways of eating then you can start
to make your own choices. That’s really the biggest thing that I’m going to say from this
video now is that you need to make your own choice and you need to tap into your intuition
and what your body wants. Right now across the board in so many different places there’s
a huge energy shift that’s happening right around the world. That’s affecting our business,
it’s affecting the way that we live our lives, and it’s affecting our bodies as well. My
belief is that why so many people have anxiety and depression and all these autoimmune diseases
and cancer is because they’re so far disconnected from themselves that this energy shift is
just causing them so much chaos inside their mind and their body that they’re trying to
catch up to come back to who they really are, but they don’t know how to deal with those
emotions. Where do you start? What is the best way for
you to move forward and start eating the right foods and not get distracted by so many of
the different choices that you do have? The biggest tip that I have for you is tune into
your own body because your own body actually does know exactly what it wants. We’re moving
from this place now of scientific backed studies, which I definitely believe there’s a place
for science. A lot of the science is manipulated by large corporations, but I believe that
we’re moving to a more intuitive-based way of living. That’s really the biggest tip that
I have for you is to tune into your own body and find out what you really want. I guess
the bigger question here is how can we become more intuitive? How can we connect to our
bodies even more than what we are right now? Maybe you’re not connected in at all. The way this comes back in and makes this
a bit of a paradox and a bit of a contradiction is that one of the best ways that I’ve found
to increase your intuition is to get rid of all processed foods. That’s pretty undeniable
now that we need to get rid of all processed foods, doesn’t matter if you’re big in paleo
or any of those other diets. They all say the same thing is get rid of processed foods.
That’s naturally going to elevate your vibration. Not only that, eat high vibrational foods.
You want to be eating fresh, organic fruits and vegetables because if you think about
a fruit that’s hanging on a tree or let’s start at the seed. There’s a tree and it’s
growing let’s say an orange. It starts off as a seed and that seed naturally brings in
the sunlight from the sun and the water from the rain and also uses the elements in the
air in order to grow. All of that sunlight produces electricity in our body and the water
produces electricity in our body. If we’re eating fresh fruit especially then we’re essentially
energizing our body with pure electricity that is going to run through our body. Naturally
that electricity raises our vibration. When our vibration is raised higher and we’re eating
those types of foods then we can tune into our own intuitive feelings and begin to notice
what our body actually wants. At the opposite end of the scale of that is
the very lowest vibrational foods that are going to pull your vibration down and make
you less intuitive. There are exceptions here. I know a lot of people who are quite intuitive
or a few people who are intuitive and still eat these types of foods, your meat-eating
animals. If you’re eating meat from say crocodiles or, I don’t even know, whatever animals are
eating meat, then that’s your very lowest vibrational type of food. The next one would
obviously be eating meat would be your next one and your processed foods and then you’ve
got your fruits and vegetables being your highest vibrational foods. You want to be
eating those predominantly most of the time. The second way I would say to increase your
intuition, and I can only speak from my own direct experience and what I’ve done because
in just the last twelve months I’ve shifted my life to be incredibly intuitive, doing
things that I never thought was possible. One of the best things that worked for me
was working with somebody and doing some re-connective healing. Re-connective heeling was first initially
brought into the world by Dr. Eric Pearl. He has really great background and some stories
about that. Effectively, it is just another way to raise your vibration and raise your
body’s energy. He explains it as it connects the strings in your body to be back to how
they really are instead of being disconnected, similar to what I was saying before. Re-connective
healing he said is it’s supposed to be above all. Whether that’s true or not I’m not sure,
but some type of energy healing is definitely going to help you and that can be things like
reiki, seichem, tai chi, qi gong, all of these energy building and life force building exercises
and techniques and modalities, they will effectively raise your vibration as well. One thing on modalities though, and again
I’m going to contradict things, is that we’re moving past the modalities. All of these modalities
soon I believe will become obsolete. They’re great for training wheels, but it’s not until
you transcend those modalities and let go of the techniques, that’s where the real power
is because we’re moving to a more heart-based world. That’s the truth of it. If you’re looking
for somebody who’s trained in some of these modalities then make sure that they’re really
moving towards that heart-based space as well because they’re probably going to help you
out a lot more. If you’re connected with me you’re going to connect with them a lot better
as well. I definitely recommend that and some type of energy healing as well. Then really just connecting and being yourself,
loving yourself, accepting yourself, being in the heart when you speak. When I do these
videos I don’t make up any notes whatsoever. I used to think that I had to prepare everything
cause that’s what I was taught in school, whereas if you can drop into your heart, your
heart already has all of the answers. Your heart has the medicine inside you. In fact,
all of this stuff that I’ve said before now in this video can be completely obsolete if
you’re a hundred percent tuned into your heart because your heart has all the answers. That’s
the way that we’re moving right now and that’s my direct experience and how I’ve actually
been feeling as well. Everything I do I really zoom out and take a look at the bigger picture
and have a look at what’s happening around me. There’s so many people who are starting
to unconsciously move into a more heart-based way of living. I’m so excited for it because
even if they don’t know it at the time, it’s exactly what is happening. If you’re watching
this video then you’re well on your way to be as well. They’re my biggest tips. Tune into your own
body. Don’t get caught up in the hype of veganism, vegetarianism, paleoism, peganism. All of
this stuff is predominantly there to try and sell you into something. I don’t like how
they all clash against each other and try and make each other bad because that really
disconnects us even further to what we really need. Tune into your own body, listen to what
you want. You’ll know. I promise you. I’m curious to know, what do you think about
