to anyone considering a diet change or needful diet change particularly with
regards to the Dr. Steven Gundry’s diet book also known as “The Plant Paradox.” Is it for you and how do you decide? Let me help.
Am I just another diet hustler? What’s different about “The Plant Paradox” diet?
“The Plant Paradox” diet is not just another diet. It is revolutionary for two
reasons. #1 The vast majority, some say over 90 percent, of chronic
illnesses and conditions begin in the gut.
Think about it. We eat every day. Could we be eating wrong and not know it? That’s
the paradox in “The Plant Paradox.” “The Plant Paradox” diet reveals that some of
our so-called healthy foods are poisonous causing chronic diseases and conditions
like belly fat, high blood pressure, diabetes etc. You get the picture. #2 -Chronic illnesses with Alzheimer’s Disease being a prime example, have many
underlying causes and not just one cause So there you are at home still wondering
if “The Plant Paradox” diet is for you. Let me offer several practical
considerations to help you decide if “The Plant Paradox” diet is for you before you
buy the book. By the way, these are my suggestions and mine only. I call these
four considerations of suggestions your 4 switches which become either on or
off from now on. Other switches might work as well. I am NOT justifying these
suggestions or switches. There’s no time in this video. I want you to consider if
you can turn all 4 switches on or to the on position. Switch #1- No
reward eating. Reward eating occurs when you recognize that you’ve been doing
well and that a switch to off is warranted, okay, and in fact deserved. Not so.
No deserve it eating which is reward eating. Keep that switch on. Switch #2 –
No calories in liquid form. It’s self-explanatory with one proviso. Don’t
use diet drinks to get around the switch #2. Diet drinks are environmental spills
inside your body. Switch #3 No eating three hours before going to bed.
Switch #4 – Here’s the big one. No bread or pasta! It has to do with plant
poisons or lectins. Is this my special diet for you? No. It’s not a complete diet.
Is this the essence of “The Plant Paradox” diet. Absolutely not, just a sampling of
“The Plant Paradox” for your benefit and evaluation. These switches are a way for
you to screen or qualify “The Plant Paradox” diet for yourself privately. Yes,
you can come upr with your buts, abouts, maybes, what abouts etc. People who consider this sort of thing would offer that you know right
now, in your heart, if you’re going forward. “The Plant Paradox” diet will give
you 300 plus pages of a revolutionary approach to better health. I am NOT a
spokesman for Dr. Gundry, just a happy camper who found “The Plant Paradox” diet exceeded my expectations and health needs. Might I recommend that
