I'm more no I'm not adays video is another what I eat in a day but it's a little different if you guys can tell I am NOT in my own home you guys know I'm in the middle of transitioning so because of that it because we've relocated and we're staying with some of questons family that can you guys see there is a slide back there like I don't know if you guys can see the slide maybe I'll take you over there let me show you guys a slide cuz it's so freakin cool so literally comes from the second floor and then into the living room over there so yeah a second being able to stay in a super cool house my diet has been so bad so that was one of the biggest reasons I wanted to make this video show you guys how I'm gonna like start over start a new week like just start fresh I feel like it's so important to like not beat yourself up if you guys saw my weight loss journey that was one of my biggest tips is like do not beat yourself up if you had a bad week I've had a bad like two three weeks ever since like the move and not being in a routine this is gonna help you guys hopefully we can all kind of motivate each other and just kind of encourage each other to like stay on track so one of the biggest things I'm doing that let me show you if I started teaching how nutrition these ones in particular I just started a few days ago this is the hum cleanse to the rescue so it's a 21-day cleanse it so it has these little packets inside that are basically ready to go you get two of the daily cleanse capsules and to flatter me capsules so the way I take is you actually takes two of the daily cleanse for myself I take it in the morning and then the other two you take before your two big meals sorry I'm not exactly sure where I left off because there's two huge labs playing behind me literally having some nutrition has been a lifesaver I'm so so happy so yeah I'm just jump into a yesterday which is when I showed you guys everything that I ate all that stuff follow me along to get my Easterner for the day it is 11:43 I know it's pretty late but the later the better for me at least because you guys know who doing intermittent fasting my two pills these are pretty big too and then the two smaller ones are still in here now I'm gonna go ahead and start with my breakfast like I said I'm getting a very very late start but that's a lot of bad things so I'm gonna start with some bread this is the multigrain with Omega 3 I got this from Costco and it was my first time trying it it is so good it does have a hundred calories per slice which isn't too bad and then you have to kind of look at the nutrition label it kind of just read what it has but I thought it's kind of one of you're their best breads because I don't have like my local grocery store that I'm used to going to like that's the whole point of this video like literally all this stuff that I'm going to do is again a super easy stuff especially when you don't have a routine maybe if you're staying somewhere for a weekend or traveling or whatever it is like literally if you can kind of customize your meals to kind of your life because this isn't my regular lifestyle so it's been super hard this is what I mean there's dogs barking right now and oh my gosh there's a cleaning lady coming right now okay let me make my breakfast and show you guys exactly what I make got my piece of toast also taken some of this leftover avocado which was in the fridge so I I'm gonna put it in the microwave you guys will see because I don't like Altos and I got some hard-boiled eggs which are also in the fridge and honestly I don't wanna leave oh my god see what I mean I don't even know how to make a heart okay that's rude let's try another one like I was saying I don't really know how to make hard-boiled eggs I usually have my own little like egg maker thing but since I'm not at home I don't have one of those so when I meet him the other night I didn't make it correctly but it almost turned out even better there kind of like a soft boil which was not intentional okay here's my egg and I lost about half of it that's how you know that it wasn't meat correctly in the first place but you guys will see it'll be delicious I'm gonna stick this in the microwave for about 30 seconds because both of those things are cold and I don't like it cold okay that's all nice and warm now and now you can kind of mash it up does that not look delicious okay then I'm gonna add some salt and red pepper red pepper flakes I would normally add regular black pepper but I can't find it in this house because that's what happens when it's not your own home YUM now I'm going to devour this so I just finished getting glammed up it's now 2 p.m. I'm gonna go edit at the coffee shop I think I'm gonna go to Pete's um normally when I get a coffee because you guys know I drink coffee every single day I either will make it at home or something like this since I have been stuck at home and not in my own home I do want to like get out and do something so I like editing at like coffee shops so whenever I do get any coffee I always ask for it to be half sweet and so whatever normally sweetener they use or they do sometimes like coffee bean uses a powder like there's so many different things that coffee shops use so I'll even ask them will be like what do you guys sweeten it with and they'll say like four pumps of vanilla or whatever so I'll say like do two or sometimes I'll even do like one I'll say like just do one so always ask for it less sweet and then I always get almond milk also and most coffee shops these days have almond milk so it's much less calories and just a lot better for you and to me it still tastes delicious and then a lot of times I'll try to like throw in like an extra special shot or something if I'm really feeling like some good coffee and I usually get lattes by the way if you couldn't tell so that's what I'm gonna go do right now I'm gonna edit and then I'll show you guys oh you know what I also before I forget actually something I need to take right now this is the humm skinny bird it's our weight-loss program so I'm not only 2% sure what these things are that are in it I just know that it supposed to be for weight loss so basically it's kind of supposed to suppress your appetite I believe so you're supposed to take it says right here take one capsule up to three times daily 30 minutes before food so I am getting a little hungry like that's why I'm gonna go get a coffee if maybe even it no I don't think I need a tiny snack I'm not that hungry but I know I will be hungry in like the next hour so because of that I'm gonna take this so that this can hold me over until dinner or maybe even like a late lunch slash dinner I've told you guys like what's the intermittent fasting as long as I have like two huge meals in the day and eat all my calories that I'm trying to eat then I'm good to go which is why I find these so helpful especially if you're doing something like intermittent fasting like myself or even just like on an everyday basis literally take this of 30 minutes before your food through duh you don't indulge in something that you don't want to or so that you don't over eat I find that it just kind of keeps me on track so I'm gonna take this right now I don't have a water bottle in here so I'm gonna take it with my coffee in about 10 minutes so I'll see you guys at the coffee shop so I did end up also having a mango with my coffee because it's my all-time favorite fruit I know it has a lot of sugar but I love it okay little update it's now 5:22 I'm almost done with my Pete's like I drink it slowly I was editing for the last like almost three hours I didn't take me that long and now I'm actually headed to an L appointment I have to be there in like ten minutes so I'm kind of a dumb-dumb no once I finish with my nails I'm gonna be like starving and I'm gonna have a huge meal which is fine because that means that I basically had two pretty decent meals throughout the day so I know my dinner is gonna be big I don't know what I'm having for dinner yeah honestly like this is my real life like I am trying to think of like something either easy to make or something easy that I can go by and like have it so be kind of healthy maybe something was like kemar or chicken or veggies or something like I could I can't I don't know what I want I literally cannot think about anything I want I don't know oh my god you actually you know what it sounds so good like cauliflower pizza have you guys had that that sounds so good too oh my gosh so while I get my nails in I'm gonna try to think of a healthy dinner that I can get full off of that is like pretty heavy since I didn't have like a lunch or anything I'm gonna keep sipping on my coffee um because yeah this kind of just hold me Oh nails are done they're looking pretty but it is way later than I anticipated because it's a new nail place I didn't do my toes on my nails at the same time so anyways it's like 7:30 now way past the time I wanted to even eat I like to eat by like 7:00 p.m. sooner that push you till 8:00 and especially since I started my breakfast kind of later this morning then I'm fine but either way I think I thought about what I want to eat I'm just gonna go to the whole foods like hot bar and hopefully get like some chicken and whatever other like veggies they have they usually have some sort of like protein and veggies so that's what I'm gonna guess they don't have that I'm just gonna get like a rotisserie chicken or something and then make some quinoa at home and then yeah that's gonna be my dinner so you're gonna bring you guys along to the Whole Foods and then we're gonna eat dinner together all right let's see what we find inside so the hot bar was a total bust I'm going at the quinoa and I'm gonna put tomato paste in it normally people do like a chicken stock and then I also got this grilled lemon herb chicken that was ready to go and then with that I'm drinking kombucha because I love kombucha so basically I'm just gonna make the quinoa according to the directions you put it in a little pot you stir it up and then I'm gonna do the tomato paste like I said I just like the way this tastes I feel like it reminds me of like Mexican rice if you guys like that then you guys are gonna love this so yeah do the tomato paste and then I'm going to also add water and then let that boil and I think like simmer for like 10-15 minutes and then you've got yourself some delicious quinoa and then the chicken I'm going to put in the microwave it was basically ready to go and then that's pretty much my dinners so simple so easy delicious and healthy so I finished dinner I'm back in my bedroom I'm gonna finish off the night with the hum it's called the hair sweet hair for stronger healthier hair has biotin folic acid b12 a bunch of good stuff your hair so I take two it says to take two however if you just take like one in the morning one at night but I take them both at the same time and they're actually delicious so I feel like I'm having like my dessert after dinner so that's everything that I eat in a day especially on a day when I'm not in a routine where I'm like out and about I don't have anything like in mind or anything like you just kinda have to go with the
