hey what’s up muscle and strength this
is Steve Laureus IFBB pro classic physique I’m going to take you through a full
day of eating so a lot of natural ingredients like this as far as carrots
green apple grapefruit cilantro ginger and celery and this is beets chopped up
already and this is aloe vera very good for the skin very good for anti-inflammatory I do this a lot now I’m doing this maybe three times a week but normally I
would do it every morning like especially a contest prep I would
normally do this six times a day I’ll do six juices a day and I cut most of the
meat I’m not doing any meat so that would go prolong for like six weeks or
so that’s it I think I have enough for two
serving for the day this is what it looks like all right guys this is my
breakfast I have a scoop and a half of protein here with a hundred grams of
oatmeal and I have two whole eggs and six egg whites and that’s normally how I
get my morning started so what I have here would be two cups of rice and seven
ounces of chicken breasts shredded chicken breasts and also would be 1/4 of
an avocado before I train I still have fats you know because right now I’m
trying to grow you know and also I have a little bit of salt this is you know
Himalayan salt so I’m going to sprinkle a little of salt on top of the rice
because I really want to have a good pump alright guys this is meal three
post-workout we at hummus Mediterranean and this is 250 grams of chicken which
is gyro chicken and 200 grams of regular rice which is jasmine rice and spinach
with eggplant and onions that’s basically it we’ve just got some grocery shopping
done so I’m just gonna have this meal I have about 8 ounce of sweet potato here
eight ounces of steak mushrooms with scallions and spinach and also including
another 20 ounces of bai coconut water alright guys this is meal number five
this meal here is pulled chicken breast with a little bit of barbecue sauce with
250 grams of sweet potato fries the fries are not fried with any oil whatsoever it’s baked so this right here is basically 250 grams of
rice about 7 ounces of chicken breasts and about 1/4 of our avocado so this is
my last meal and after this meal I’m gonna crash all right Muscle & Strength that was my
