Nectarines, apples and grapes Hello this is Oh Gong Sam, have you guys had a good week? 🙂 Everytime I walk outside, I can smell ginko, so it really feels like Autumn now I had a fair amount of normal food this week too..so I didn’t lose that much weight this week..hehe After achieving the weight I wanted, I think that I don’t really care as much about losing weight anymore! If you have a look at my earlier videos, my goal weight was 54kg! With this diet, I really got to lose weight quite quickly Now, I’m still maintaining this diet and exercising to keep myself healthy and for a more toned body 🙂 The time is 1:30pm and I’m going to have 3 pieces of corn and 2 potatoes It’s 2:47pm and I’m going to have 2 more corn 49.2kg Today I have tomatoes, nectarines, plums, green and purple grapes, apples Its 1:14pm and I have 3 pieces of corn and potatoes that I’m going to have After finishing up editing, I’m going to have 2 potatoes The potatoes didn’t fill me up so I’m going to have corn and sweet potatoes This time is 4:20pm and I will be eating some more corn that I’ve cooked in the microwave 49.2kg Tomato juice! Smells of Autumn and tomatoes I’m going to have grapes, tomatoes and apples today The time is 1:52pm and I’m going to eat 3 pieces of corn Today’s outfit! Potato fries and friends Cocktails for round 2 When my friends and I meet, we’re always either busy taking photos of each other or laughing 49.6kg Today I have brown rice with capsicums, seaweed, greens, onions and chilli Lots of people were wanting to buy the potatoes I mentioned in last week’s video, but unfortunately they’re not available The subscriber that sent them to me said that there weren’t many potatoes they had saved, so next time I will provide you guys with info on good potatoes or sweet potatoes I find! Whilst doing this diet, if you find yourself feeling quite gassy, that’s probably because you’re mixing too many different sorts of fruit and veggies at once when you’re eating If you cut down the variety and increase the amount of the fruit or vegetable in a meal, this will help. Also I recommend eating starch vegetables and fruit separately! Since I eat until I get full, my stomach protrudes after I’ve eaten and it goes back to normal in the morning after I’ve digested You don’t need to worry about your stomach protruding a little just after you’ve eaten! It will return back to normal once you’ve digested the food The time is 1:44pm and I’m going to snack on some grapes and Shine Muscats that my friend bought me It’s 2:34pm and I’m going to eat 4 pieces of corn It is 3:40pm and I have 2 frozen bananas that I’m going to eat while I work It’s 5:15pm and I have corn, sweet potatoes and potatoes for my last meal Umm…guys..it’s 8pm and I’ve just been craving soup because I drank so much So after holding it back, I couldn’t help myself and I made tuna and kimchi soup It doesn’t look that nice but it tastes great I swear hehe I put in heaps of the onions and chilli peppers that a subscriber had sent me I ended up ordering fried chicken… (Insert that Steve Carrell No God meme here) I’m going to eat this and exercise.. Hello everyone… Why is it that the day after drinking, I crave everything and anything It’s well over 10 but I have just stuffed myself with fried chicken And to be honest I had a packet of chips after the chicken too.. But nevertheless I am satisfied after eating all the food that I was craving So now I’m going to head out for a run hehe I completed my RunDay, I exercised for 2 and a half hours After exercising and washing up, laying in bed is the best feeling ever Putting my legs against the wall to minimise swelling in my legs I always find myself eating so much food after I’ve had drinks I think it’s the food the I have with drinks that really trigger my craving for normal food I eat heaps of food when I’m drinking too, Yesterday after hanging out with friends, there’s a 24 hour restaurant near my house So I was going to eat there but I stopped myself since I ate so much So I went to bed, but when I woke up I was just so hungry So I have brown rice to fill me up first thing in the morning But my craving could not be satisfied with brown rice.. That is why I ate a lot today,but it will be fine…it will be fine.. These situations can definitely happen, I can’t help myself from craving food But at least I worked out right? I was actually also going to do some more home workouts too but it got too late after I did my RunDay So I decided to end the day here since I’m so tired Ugh, I think I got bitten by a mosquito while I was out Oh, whatever Good Night~ 49.4kg Off to pilates What is happening with my face.. Going past bakeries..going past bibimbap restaurant.. I’ve arrived! Today I have apples, nectarines, plums, tomatoes and grapes There are days where I lose weight after working out because I got nervous from eating normal food hehe This is kinda random but is it that in Autumn you gain more weight?..Even my brother hasn’t lost the weight he gained from Chuseok so he was mentioning this diet I’m thinking about it now, I think he was teasing me since he’s naturally thin..should I go hit him..? I had more weight around my legs, so I focused more on doing squats and leg stretching! Cardio helps get rid of swelling or water weight but strength training is something you need to continuously do Your body really changes after doing muscle workouts for a long time, you’ll find the best results if you do exercises that fit best with you 🙂 It’s 1:10pm and I’m going to have some corn I’ll be having more corn and some potatoes Round 1 is Iced Americano1 Hibiscus tea for round 2 48.8kg Lots of people asked how I store my corn I just peel and clean the corn and freeze it raw I’m able to store and eat these for a long time if I freeze them, I ordered 100 so they don’t all fit in my freezer, so I’m eating the ones that are in the fridge I steam them without any salt or sugar, usually for an hour on low heat Today I have tomatoes, Korean melon, apples, nectarines, plums and grapes I got many questions on this, but chicken breast and eggs are not included in this diet TT And I also don’t recommend tofu that has gone through factory processing And some have wondered how I get protein from not eating eggs or meat, but vegetables and fruits have protein too! The amount of protein needed by an average adult is not that much! Unless you’re a growing child or a body builder, we only need 20g or less of protein a day I think being aware of what foods you eat is important, especially when you’re trying to lose weight. You should fill yourself up with good, healthy food It’s hard to tell you that the whole, natural plant diet is the best diet, but for me this diet has changed my life forever It’s 1:10pm and I’m going to eat potatoes, corn and sweet potato It’s 2pm and I have 2 more pieces of corn Today’s OOTD Out for dinner tonight, all you can eat ribs! I have entered a danger zone… Bread, noodles, spicy rice cake, spicy pork…a pig party indeed A free kimchi stew! Korean BBQ! Sweet sweet ribs ‘All you can eat’ places are so dangerous for me…because I don’t know when to stop eating My favorite noodles first! I made sure to eat before coming here so I can control how much I eat…but in front of delicious food I always seem to fail Spicy rice cake! I suck at grilling meat but I’m trying my best! A table full of people that don’t know how to cook meat well lol My friend that nearly ate a piece of meat that was not cooked yet because one side was really burnt The other side isn’t cooked yet hahaha Spicy rice cake that makes you tap dance hehe (Confident) The meat is done! Why are you showing them burnt meat.. (Satisfied) “Mmmm!” You always have to eat meat in a warp like this I can’t cook meat well but I can definitely eat well hehe I thought I was making small wraps…maybe I was hallucinating “I can..eat this right?” Of course you can “This part is really cooking a lot” (It’s burning Gong Sam, it’s burning) “No! It’s supposed to be crunchy” The only thing I’m good at…clapping and eating “Should I also cook it until it’s crunchy?” Although I can’t can’t cook meat well.. I provide people with more food hehe Actually..I went to go get more noodles because I ate all of it heh Running towards the buffet Running towards the buffet I can’t forget the bread Ribs with buttered bread (Shy) It’s the best.. For round 2, we went to a cafe to have fig and blueberry scones and caramel rolls After eating bread..I eat more bread The legendary pair of iced americano and bread 49.8kg Walking, some cardio It’s probably the swelling right? Tell me it’s the swelling 32rd week body check Today I have tomatoes, grapes, Korean melon, nectarines and plums Even after a day of eating normal food, I just eat on normal times without decreasing the amount of food I eat. I eat until I’m full like normal I order my seaweed and brown rice online, and I order unseasoned seaweed Chestnuts are also allowed in this diet, you can use a airfryer or you can cook them on a pan without using oil I don’t take any supplements or vitamins but sometimes I have ginseng! I read in a book that out of the 13 types of vitamins, you get enough of 11 types of vitamins through fruits and veggies If you just eat grains or beans, you’ll need vitamin A and C. But fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins and nutrients 🙂 It’s 2:04pm and I have some corn that I’m going to eat The time’s 3:20pm and I have potatoes and corn I have 2 potatoes that I’m going to eat, and then I’m going to continue editing Hi guys! The time is 5:15pm right now, but the swelling in my face isn’t going down I did some cardio today but I didn’t really sweat and I did more stretching Since pilates uses muscles that you usually don’t use, I don’t sweat a lot Maybe that’s why the swelling isn’t going away (or maybe it’s not swelling…) I have shine muscats and 2 frozen bananas I was thinking while I was editing, I haven’t done any home workouts this week Should I do some home exercises? I think that the swelling will go down if I sweat.. My friend gave me these shine muscats, They come in pretty big bunches, so I’m eating them little by little But I don’t think I’d buy them personally (too expensive!) It had been a while since I ate a lot of meat until yesterday I think that my body doesn’t fit well with eating meat… (???) It’s true..this may sound funny.. Since you’re eating with lots of people, I can’t really eat whatever I just want to eat I realised that I should never ever go to a ‘All you can eat’ place again I reckon that buffets are too dangerous for me I just don’t know when to stop But even funnier thing, I became friends with the worker that was working there lol She’s the one that recommended me to eat the ribs with the buttered bread She told me “even though we’ve met for the first time, you should come often” I prefer eating at different places for rounds 1,2 or 3 but buffets are really not for me Ultimate binge eating=Buffets Buffets are scary, I’m afraid that I’ll gain the weight back from Chuseok Thinking about being on this diet for the rest of my life, I feel less guilty even after a day of eating a lot of normal food Of course I’m sorry to my body since I get stomach pains But I can’t not go out and eat for the rest of my life It’s weird because I don’t get a sore stomach from eating lots of food at home, but I got stomach pains from just eating lots of meat Fatty foods get processed slower in your body so a lot of the fat gets left behind while you digest So while I sleep, my body just can’t digest it all I’m actually not sure if pilates helps you lose weight I think it’s good for fixing your posture and to gain muscle It doesn’t make you sweat a lot, but it’s so hard since you’re using those muscles that you rarely use In a class, there’s usually 6 people But sometimes there are times where it’s just you and the instructor When the 5 people don’t turn up to the class And that is basically when I die.. I cannot escape from the instructor’s radar if it’s just me in the class I have the body type where my ribs are quite wide and my shoulders are slightly rolled inwards And my big toe is kind of grown inwards For example, if your big toe is supposed to be like this, Mine are like this This happens with people that wear heels a lot They call it something..buni.. Bunion..? I’m never going to a buffet again (suddenly..?) Buffets have been added to by ‘Do not list’ Don’t go to buffets (what is this..my mantra?) I always try to workout after I’ve eaten out, trying to lose the weight I gained that day Because usually the next day I don’t gain weight a lot if I do that There are even times where I had lost weight! (But I forgot to workout last night) Is it just me..or does the back of your neck hurt when you eat too much meat..? Suddenly? I don’t get any neck pains from eating bread..but It feels like my neck has swollen too After seeing how much I eat, there were some questions asking me if I started eating more because of this diet But no, I’ve always eaten a lot My stomach definitely did not get bigger from being on this diet That look of dissatisfaction… Since it’s my last meal..just a second Before exercising I’m going to have corn that I cooked in the microwave I really like steamed corn, but I like to cook corn in the microwave so it kinda goes hard at least twice a day The slightly hard corn is similar to eating crackers or something, it’s really nice You guys should try it too 🙂 I made my brother the tuna and kimchi soup I had the other day, and he really liked it too Do I like corn or kimchi stew better? It’s really yummy, but my jaw hurts from eating these since they’re hard But I’m not sure if other people would like this too Clear-! Light start with Tiffany workouts You might find it hard to believe but I’m totally serious doing this workout hehe Again…my fly dancing (are you used to it yet? lol) The Tiffany hip workouts are really easy and fun to do, I end up coming back to it all the time You kind of have to let yourself go when doing this workout heh Some of you have asked what my current workout routine is, but actually I don’t really have a routine recently Trying my best with those shoulder moves~ It varies, but I just do the recent videos from Kang Ha Na’s channel and sometimes I do more or less I am practicing lol Good job flying Oh Gong Sam (believes she can fly~) My next exercise!
