to keep fit. However I will tell you other new effective ways you can also use. No.1-Morning first thing please drink water without brushing on an empty stomach. Drink water like tea sip sip (slow and joyfull intake of every sip of water ) It will help to reduce your weight. Also another important tip is to drink water while sitting rather than standing. It is more beneficial for the body. No.2- For breakfast you can eat grated apples and grated carrots. Both should
be of same quantity. Eat how much is sufficient for you. After eating this don’t eat anything for two hours. This
carrot and apple will boost your health. Later in mid morning if you are still hungry you can eat soaked (for about 2 hours)
walnuts and almonds. Some people they do dieting they feel weak. So for lunch you can have 2 chapatis made of grinded oats 1cup, half cup
wheat flour and grated beetroot or carrot. You are free to have this with any veggie of your choice. It will be more healthy. Try to cook your veggies in olive oil or almond oil or coconut
edible oil. Consume more vegetables and pulses to satisfy your hunger and balance your weight. In the evening you can have some pumpkin seeds or popcorns without butter as snacks. For dinner you can make soups such as oats soup, vegetable soup or any pulses soups. If u like my
