Up and tha . Thetinian animus. Boat second that I thought I did havey good. I don’t think you’ll see a repeat i. You’re good so what is here todays what you guys recommendation a is differentur than what the petitionsked for. Anyone to be heard on this one. I expressed some concerns when I read this about. The traffic part of it. What I understood from reading this and we’ve I’ve talked to Brent et the public works committee. Was that. Should be developed. Thelo entrances or exits to the devepmenttr are you would be off thirty third seet not Floyd I Casey’s and it’s in in I’m not. Sure how we sell it but there was a language it said it hadof to be a hundred twenty five feet west . The entrance to. Quick pace now thatl puts a closer to the top of the hil I was a little concerned if you havute vehiculr traffic coming in and o onco thirty third street in traffic ming over sold let me thinkal about the traffic study there’s so tons of discussion about having a- traffic study. And but. Not overly excited are are excited about it because I’m noexcited but concerned because. I don’t know if they’ll get it developed and there’s a pretty big. Yeahng all area there there’s a few challees with developing a propertyre but I was wondering f it would make mo sense to may be. Require a site plan before. Any development agreement happens well let me let me . Me feedbackt about how the PNCme discussion one on tha issue t that was pretty much the heart ofhe issue andca brown I know can speak to more specifilly the technicals r but essentially won the challenges wasaised e was traffic potential traffic thatssentiallyha on that one corner. By the distances tt are laid out p in code by right if we resume thatartpa of it you can have up to three serate entrances on the parton that we agree to resound the reas i he left the other half the way we wass because ultimately a developer somebody’s gonna come on by this property one development. As a whole and so what we thought this is. What I can give them any more rights to develop anymore entrances a threes problem practically unlikelyt least in my opinion but thatev if they’re gonna come home with a full delopment there have to reach. Peace and then we’ll see a whole planyi of this is exactly what we’re lang for traffic and we’re doing so. We like we- help solve that problem. Stop once a developer shows b up to say Hey you’re gonna need to comeack to us anyways because we didn’t give. Everything that the that the- but the person who’s selling the prutoperty initially wanted. But you worry abo that being a deterrent I mean to your original point. As far as peopl wanting to develop it and knowiheng I mean I suppose they’ll buy it on t part that they getay and then they’ll come forward and say ok here’s the plan let’s changeer that. Is ths this is this is our genal opinion i is that number one its a long Floydt’s got traffic count yeah it’s an attractive commercial property it would ite sense to develop commercially. The question will e and what’s the plan f why wees and exits think of that three entrances on. Probably practically won’t happene’. It could and so that’s why we were like wre gonna just leaveel this other piece alone. Because if a devoper is goings to go on that corner in our judgment it’going to have h to be a pretty substantil about me youave to do a lot of land. Landscaping and leveling of that site it’s note going to be a small investment. Ther you know ans attic adding one more step that process i publicct could prohibit development. It will proten . It will protect them to a certaiextent and protectOn the neighbors to another expound. my concern wasn’tch necessarily what goes there as mu as- the traffic volume. And when you look at. The prospect within a year of all these be in their Burger King there. The addition to the pizza ranch.p Probably one or two other things come u along increase the traffice and how. Difficult will it be for peopl I hear complaints all the time now about.ge Going eastbound on thirty third trying to t out on to Floyd Avenue our flight full of art to go north. North or south either way I think it presents an issue but I’m sure that it doesn’t meet. The whole bunchs. To require any traffic control devices a it is anyway. Even if the volume I think. Mrhu Carney said that he thought it was eighteen ndred right now. Vehicles on a daily basistr on thirty third street n thirty third seet and it could double maybe yeah then and that’s it thirty thirteen is stillc would meet the warrants but- I think traffi is something we should consider and I didn’t. Youde know before we make any kind of final cision I know all I have to come back. To PNG maybe it’s not an issue and- I worrys before something happens but traffic i a problemy there. And that’s really what attracted m attention. And I wasn’t sure exactly where we agreed or didn’t. On the whole project but. Well I can take care of a couple of your questions. Start off with this the all of can. The shaded areasqu what doctor wrote Jones and what is reested. We recommended that the areaed. Lying west of planet Martha St not be rezon. When we go back you have a resume west. We recommended that the area and so on he’s less to stand of planted Martha St be rezoned. Thet black is not been resolved the black is wha staff and the commission recommended not to not to rezone d. Four hundred twenty five foot from the toprive within. Well. Part of that was a typo on my part. My apologies the ordinance and most a. Kate that you should have a minimum of hundred and twenty five feetst. The curb cuts on the opposite side of the reet either a a line directly or be a minimum of a hundrednd twenty five feet apart. In this case. I intended to say that. The first. f Curb cut be a minimum f a hundred and twentyive feetwa. East sorry of the queen of peace drive y . About the last trafficon intermixing into queen of peace or Saint Anthy’se . Why would that be any difference in thcases store. I don’t understand your logicie there it’s like a traffic between the pce and there’s a case the storyul about a drivewy across which I think you shod at. You don’t staggerth drivewas you you keep them together so at people. I know Dave Carnie doesn’t like it buty it worst case is you could put a four wastop on that corner. So why would you not alignedan with the Greenpeace it makes no sense d it goes counter. To what we normally do around here I. Well I believe that intermixing the traffic from a commercial site into a residential site orte ino I mean that’s not a residential si Greenpeaceth and wealth I’m sick again shot at it but at’s as much commercialig. Is it is rest the residential the next rht yeah. I’mth myself I was very concerned about mixing at the trafficof from the commercial use into either queen peace. Not exactly religious or whatever whatever kinda use clean the pieces a. Or Saint Anthony’s like quite concernedbout that ands for that reason I recommended we keep thing . To the east of the first. Drive way would have to be at least a hundred and twenty five feet eastte. Of the queen of peace and why would you enr makes them. To put it from queen of peace. I think if you put a drivs from queen of peace you’re ing to have. Traffic. Inter mixing. You get to make the inter mixing the- a brand f of you whatever happened come out twentyifty feet lower. That in a goal that way if you you’re still turn into each other Itt don’t. I was gonna say I would worry more offseingo . The planner but that makes no sense tme because then you’ve you’ yve made sure. That one traffic really is goodou’v can not deuce stoplights that’s what youe assured yourself up is no stop lights ever. It may I mean some day.an If this thing’s abundantly successful d they develop the hill and you make the traffic come down. All the way to get out t at like say exit number. The first one downhere. Then that they’re going to have to have a stop light there orth they’re gonna have to have one on the corner ey’re gonna do something to control traffic here. Ien don’t know I’ll never seen you guys recommd staggering drive ways around your neck. Well that’s a new one. The ordinancee that I get I get came out of the ordinanche well it’ll go down Floyd Boulevard you would tn that Walmart building you don’t let the city built across the street. Unless the driveways lined upat. That’s correct if they don’t line up you need least a hundred and twenty five foot offset right. And. Given that. Yeah I have ordersno righ. You’ve got a loss in that I don’t kw.li But what what trying to avoid if you’re famiar withmi. Twenty eight street immediately east of Halton or you have trafficni trying to turn into each other that’s yup turng off the Hamilton and trying to turn into the bank vault t traffic trying to get on to Hamilton and- inhe hive. You need to stretc Ah things out so you dont have that situation.ndm that’s your line up the drive wise up us froeach other there. From the bank in that little strip yeah. Okay I agree that you off of there a little bit bacut that example they are right across from eh other I don’t think the right way on twentynt eighth street is. Lined up at the entrance io the a- go right to the bank you go right to US bankcross the street. Directly and you go up into that and professional plaza no offer twenty eighth i street I don’t know we’re twenty eight streets a south even some of the south end of market placeis. And you’re talking about the image offset so when peopleo turn the corner there’s a turn immediately tthe left if you want to ngo to the bank. You have to go further. To get iee to market place on west twenty eighth strt but again my primary concern was the facts that I have read west. And it would be towardthe top of the hill and it would be kind of a-b again we could put signs on the other sidee carefulse as Dr he’s on the other side of the hill becau there could I was just. Yes I do I didn’t want. That to become a problem. And then again right now let’s. w I think most people who use the road regularlyould tell you that. Thirty third street get not on the Floyd isev my daughtr in the challenge I do it almost ery morning. At seven thirty. Stop and get a Cup of coffee. .I don’t know I just never had to wait thereIt’s v not that difficult. It’s easy going south it’sery easy. I would expect that the for the closest curb cut just the one that ends up getting used.cl However it again I would expect that this osest curb cut which iss right across from Casey’s is the one that endup getting used but under the ordinance you can have one every. Yeah sixty three a- forty feetev. I’d be more worried about the we point Boulard and I would any of them. Yeah I can which which is at the Floyd Boulevard one there that what hello yeah the one I’d be worried yeah sure I agree don’t anymore they’re t- I can assure you will. Keep a close watch onhe I traffic there I don’t know that we have anybody.n staff that’s both qualified and has a spare time to do a full blown. Signal study the end up. Or insult seven Sarah down by by. Three firemen are gonna war o one here that’s for sure so you won’t but that’skay. A yeah I knowic. We got a long way to go before we hit the traff counts right here right. Okay any questions for them. Thank youur right now the only one you’re recommends one yo aerosur on right. We’re recommending rezoningon. Yeah the planning commission’s recommending rezing everything that is happening in red buten and then you’re allowing it those curb cuts are trances who would be the developer the ordinance would allow any of those three S. up to the developer yes. Any of those three. Yeah well any of c the four. Four yeah that was that was the chiefoncern is like you could have potentially four entrances without having e to come forward any special requests or anythinglse y like that as I said you’re limiting that righteah we’re that’s- that ‘s why we didn’t want to because that would have lgiven them even more options. Whereas this wil force the issue when we actually get a developmenton and perfect to be perfectly candid in our opini it was what developments going to go there is it going to be high is it going to be. A strip mall with professional cena lot of traffic we don’t know so let’s forced d. The issue at a later time once you actually have aevelopmentdo. See what they want to. Hear what they want to for entrancecu and- changes the ballgame because even the disssion right now about entrances. On a future side is all theoretical. Speculation yeah it’s allfi. Speculation as they don’t have a buyer but is it ne let’s just. Anyone to be heard else. Is closed thank you guysal. Password here we’re gonna hold because the legda department to make sure that includes recommentions so we will. Not do second third guyste. Sixteen hearing and resolution assessing a fifen hundred il penalty or thirty day suspension against transit ge twenty four transitth I haven’t violation circular Brett laws on move at. Second hearings open anyone could be heard. Received payment today from the owner. There is a fourth so we don’t do restorative.gh Are we can pass resolution but they waive their rit to a hearing. Here is closed. I would like to say something on the table this is the group that came to us. You remember they coeruldn’t sel beer and they couldn’t sell cigarettes he because they we.re too close to a park so we looked at our zoning and that And that’s- hein pretty upsettig to me when they come and we’re gog to be responsiblee and then fifteen hundred that I was at the third tim. Second time around. It is this one by Pulaski is that way yeah and longe been bent the rules too to go there they they got but- it just doesn’t speaknd. Very well forms of. Hearing is closed so go ahead a vote. The colder the third offense. Sister Barbara suspend their- privilege to sell. Cigarettes other monetary fine internal is it. Will take for I believe it takes four and a cigarette. S. is four zeroe . Seventy the rest room changer number fourteen to thcontract they’ll they’ll h builders the convention center renovation project andaving a move that. Bar these are the these are the. Restrooms that exist todayey yes that bad a shape we have spend that kind of mon. Stan we M have restrooms on the other end at least in thearriott because that was always what yes yeah but I spent a e hundred forty thousand ounces of bathrooms on theast. End so now we do have some down in this we do. Thank youes. Bill faces a lease maintenance supervisor. These the restrooms are you kno dw pricing thirty years old and what we’re trying too is mayor. The restrooms that we just did on the on the outside.r I have the me I looked very rigid to meet them f a hundred and what was your change order two hundred eleven. One eleven thousand this is excellent to me l. This is the lower in the upper restrooms they stillookth at all it’s both two hundred eleven thousand dollars ere. I mean there the restrooms pretty functional. I think we’re showcasing a new property. I thinkpe for two hundred eleven thousand dollars spent at our ople see it more than going to the bathroom vality really want to spendet two hundred eleven thousand you should put the new carp in that that’s the case then. That I mean that that was the bigo complaints pride did that anyway when I wasn’t here. Nwe didn’t. How much was that carpet. Because you’re gonna come back for that I know your. I’m sure to be a sixteen you misli but. Have there been a manager I was in Florida stande up this is a change order of a contract a bit before w even did any of that stuff so you know. So you can’t add to that deal to because there are it is there’s a change order to a contract that we built a long time ago so. If you look to our eleven thousand. Okay well good at bathrooms. That wasn’t part of the original. Contracts these are added onea. Correct it’s a change order yeah because projects alrdy let awarded and then.om Being able to do tht so what do we do into the bathro to tune is going to cost so much well at all and it rained it’s good new tile on the. Walls is get new countertops new fixtures. How many women’s and men’s stalls. If you’re talking about you’re talking at least of fourteen thousand the stall that’s a lot for a bathroom. There’s two three upstairs at the most and urinals in the men’s and there’s four ounce existing restrooms for once that was done. And go throughiv. Twenty I mean you’re talking at least ill at least ten fe a. And then make sense. Byrs a lot of bathroom at home for six seventy thousand dolla. Article forty five twenty six I just remember when this project first came off for dead all bids came in. Over the engineers estimated cost. And so it was put back out for re bid. Andnd now we’re gonna throw another two hundred eleven thousa dollar project. On top of that. Without. Putting it back out for statend was this initiated this money was in the C. I. P. uer her brother Paulau was added afterwards it wasn’t in there originally becse we were he’s right we were over budget yeah but it’s always been anticipated in the CA people and as a separate poll asking them why would why wasn’t it did separately then if that’s. The case I mean this is a large change order guys and. Why why would you not bid that in a separate counter if it’s a separate CIP then why would you bid in the separate contract. Well y we currently have an architect on staff for this projecteah I was going. Save any architectural fees because there was g no additionl costs for the architectural fees we stillet that on the total job yes he does well he may have read it.. For the other job he didn’t charge anymore for doing this They shouldn’ts for that kind of money. Well but that’s what we’re saying i that we alre pady have someone n play all these charges like with thelans and specs togethere . He’s not gonna chare you a fee if he’s not charging a feheree . If we build this out separately. Then I think by statcode. t Once it’s over a hundred thirty nine thousand then we haveo have an architectural. Yeah I called plans and specs I agree but he’s either architects get. A fee on the total job. No not on thisdd. We live at the then he already put it in his because he aed in the original design as an alternate or something he didn’t do it for nothing. They’re not charging us for this. I’m not alone. I’m not saying not telling the truth about something doesn’t make sense on that to mee. They have no way we’ve done many change orders down ther. And at the beginning they tried c to say that they were gonna charges for their additionalost for this. And I refuse. And we haven’the paid a penny more for any change orders or this project re. Enter eleven thousand for change order. Do they are packed hi not to the architectin to the council on trial I understand that but I’m just sayg. You knowg. We’re still coming over two hundred thousand and I’m tryin to thinky about it in the in the long term in the vision right of oka so say we need. It this doesn’t pass. And then we come back to it was built in one eighty something. Nineteen eighty six so in eighty six was built so it’s y thirty three Hey we’re the same age right so thirty threeear old restrooms. They were gonna have on a brand new building and then say it goes five years downyo for years I don’t you knw when this yet you got two bays u didn’t changet a thing on. No that’s fine but what I’m what I’m getting a is okay so then you go back and you build the whole projectth and- then yu are mobilization of them coming there in e architecture fees on top of that. I’m saying you’re gonna wait five years it’s gonna be another sixty seventy thousand more than. What it is right now. Then updating I’m right now. I don’t possibly see how ten thousand stall it he had the other. And on top of it three or four heck go in and then you close it down and do a renovate that whole areacl in the next four years when it was just. You’re gonna be ose in a down eiether having meetings in there now you’re gonna have to renovat the downsertairs and then go up to the up stairs you can’t take it’s trible stop at the same time. Can’t put him out of business. At least advantages them merry out of the opening you’ll have bathrooms on the other hand what if that’s the case. Just m a large project to do it as a change order just too much fore that I’m sorry but- can can we defer this until next week b when death comes back well then the worry as to that of thee on the cisame time line the goal is to get it done prior to the offial completion of. The overall condition. So my question is whatg would happen if. I want to be I want to run these buildin because specter and Kenseth. Just have to lay the checkbook down force and we just sign it form. This had a to be known a long time ago this project’s been going for year and a half Bob. He should have known this way back then. But there if the money was in the CIP wide as it now all the this done toutday. That irritats me sorry I’ve been in a good mood today b- when you tewll me something like that when it’s in the CIP. When we kno what we were going to do it. And then today we got to do it because it. We just got to do it that’s- that makes it easy vote for me then so. I think it’s way too much money I’m sorry but thosend things better look really nice when you get done for that ki of deal. I think the general public so not there d today saying are you kidding me for two or eleven thousandollars redo.oi That few bathrooms we have. In that convention center were gng to be’s. We’re gonna catch crap for that we should and so what if it right. Right now all then at least you don’t know now. But what if it was more yeah you’re I mean you’re right. You can’t take. Double Sobell muscular. It’s a two zero so it’ll come back next weekk. Eighteens resolution approving person remote cedar rapids ban and trust with badger building for the continued redevelopment of downtown I move that. Well their counsel as you know we have reached agreement on terms of the purchase. Which involvede lot of work on the historic tax credits make sure that ty would preserve the- wanted previously been awarded and also allow for future credits for new developer. This will have a forty five day due diligence period and then thirty days to close. After that t. We’re seeing strong interest in downtown to city and we thinkhis is a great opportunity to have this building done. Correctly and in a beneficial way for downtown. As you know we’ve discussed what he will do an RFP process that we will bring. Lord when we close on the building. Looking to have several different proposals to look at for you to considers . Let’s be perfectly clear so the public understands us citienot ge itting in the development agreement we’ve had at least three verynterested parties in this particular building already. Are in tennis put out our fees on this project we’re going to pick the very best developer after that are a key process that we think meets the goals of what the city has a vision for this. Block and so I don’t want anybody to. Think for a minute that the city’s going in the developmentne business because we’re not going to go on the development busiss but we have. We are confident that there are interested parties out there that will finally get this buildingin. Re done and occupied after a way too long of a period of sittg empty in downtown to city. Passes forty zero that concludes the agenda. Citizen concerns anyone want to be heard please come to the microphone stage name that address for the record please. Seeing none will go to council concerns. Just a couple quick things. We I noticed. On the meetings a list and the. That we get from the city clerk’s office and the main meetings list we get from Gabby had the fallen officers event one headed on Thursday at three o’clock d one added on Friday at three o’clock right I called the fireepartment is right yeah I just want to clarify that for everybody so they know that. I think this this the clerk’s office had an on Thursday and Gabby had it on Friday and I talk to Jennifer Lowell over the fire department’s afternoon and it is ready so everybody in a lock right. Three pockets. In the. I wanted to I guess reading the minutes of all the meetings. The one on the events facility. And terrorism advisory board Alex maybe there was an update in this was a September one and I know he had a recent meeting then in the September when they were talking about finalizing contract standard housekeeping such as board officer social media accounts job description is there an update that we can. Get on CTV to see where we’re headed yet there how sure so they’re actually meeting right now we were supposed to me last Monday and that didn’t work for the newly elected chair and so they asked to push that one week well obviously that was the fifth Monday so I could make it last week this week I can. Out but what I sent them an update this last week when I send them as an update was R. F. P. requests that went out for an accounting firm as well as a bank to see who would like to kind of manage that as well as we collected job descriptions from multiple studies on it to make sure that weve adjust them to be what we want them to be and- what. Is representati of what we’re trying to do and then we also I’m with Jessica’s help we also were able to procure some of the different websites that might be possible that were look. As well as social media handles and we also were able to I had a team go out me with the GM of the delta to make sure that they were on board and that we’re comfortable I’m told that a good meeting obviously there up eating more today I heard informally just that it was a meeting. And then the fall and I think happy today is there to look at number. One for a bill. And are now. Did not we anticipate that my the actual collections fromgh the hotels will probably start the first of the year we thout that made sense. To begin your year and say this is the t investment when it starte. And what we’ve been able to collect fromhere. As far as I’m concerned I wanted it to be like six months ago but- I’m happy with us moving forward in any meaningful capacity. However I think that we will be putting the job descriptions out there and soliciting applications much before that. We assuming that we have the budget and passes through the city council we would have money that’s available to get those people on board. Before the fun starts in collected January one. Would be my hope that we have to I well. I’m going to suggesty to people in place by that time. But then Sir collecting in Januar. I’m trying to think if there is anything else. The number tells other supporting the VP is. What I mean put it this way for the people that would apply or the people because we’re not doing every single hotel it’s yeah. Players we have not heard resistance otherwise obviously the one over in south to the delta was a little more challenging simply because it’s basically the only game and self too and so it’s easy to kind of calculate numbers based on how you go about that so we want to make sure that they were on board and comfortable with our process. And then the only other one I haven’t heard definitively I would be the Hilton down there but I know that we had a team of people that were talking to them as well otherwise the hospitality association and others better even poster most represented on our board. Are all very in favor and it’s been a long time coming kind of to what the mayor h said about the trail system I think this is something that we shouldave done a dagger. So hopefully by the first of the year will have an executive director and. Office managerat will work the title probably a sales lead yeah I mean I would anticipeir to be someone. More traveling and pitching and then an executive dector as well I mean that would be my- my recommendation breaking we’re still looking at that is great. Thanks that’s it. For me I got a couple things real quick. First unless we could get a call from her last minute owns a- within Lionel seventh. And he’s concerned about the homeless. As are other us entities down there so. I told him I called the chief of police he gives me permissionea to pass on to him but also let him know that we’re gonna be clning. A council retreat next Wednesday and this is a really talking about is the homeless so. He was okay with that not sure you know what we can really do because a homeless are down there. They’re not do anything illegal. There sitting in front of his business there sitting in the audience when it’s raining there. You’re covered up they come inside so Ith can see what isn’t ways distressed over it I mean I understand at so. With that server can be discussed in it and- see what we can come up with at our next meeting. On the other thing I got I got a phone call from a deal that she went to the concert on on Friday. And they were charging for parking which which they do. Yeah from what I miss them Sir I got a call from a gal. For the chart okay so she’s going to she’s parking but he has a handicap sticker and- she wanted to park in the handicapped and why would she have to pay five dollars. To get in. So we’re up though or what about. A Tyson. Well because it’s like a ticket handy I mean I don’t know but that handicap person gets the cheapest ticket at any event in the Tyson events center but they still have to buy it zoomings because you had a five dollar she’s going to have to pay five dollars. Yeokay well they get. And she has her supervisor and they were. She says I have a handicap sticker Anders handicap parking in their work and it is going to park in a handicapped spot I said well I don’t know I’ll have to ask that that’s one and go so this is why I’m asking so case. Legally do that I’m guessing. Okay and she want to know ift it was under the disabilities act they said I don’t know but I’ll check on i so. Okay so not she has to pay five Bucks you can still part. Working out to be the be this need to be in certain places that are required but if it’s a paid parking lot they still have to be paid for. Bomb in the new ramp yes yes it was. That’s all I have. Arm. I’ll keep it short and sweet couple things I would encourage everyone if you haven’t done so already I appreciate looking out of the audience and see people around today that have the I voted early sticker on tomorrow is that primary election for the city council office and we appreciate everyone getting out making sure that your voice is being heard and supporting your candidate as an elected official I and I don’t think I need to emphasize enough how important that is and so make your voices heard in porting people the you believe and I think this is a good thing so. Polls I think until eight o’clock nine o’clock eight. AM to eight PM. So make sure if you haven’t voted yet to get out there and vote tomorrow in the primary for the city council. I would. Say no the mayor. Does till November. Though you’re good. I’m pushing for it and then. Other things. Yeah. I guess the last thing I would say is in regards to that concert that was going on on Friday night that I’m assuming she’s talking to is I thought they did a stellar job I’d I go to a lot of shows at the Tyson events center and I thought this one was exceptional the way that they broke it down in the optics of it I heard the acts were really happy and pleased with how it looked as well as I thought it with the fan experience was was good I heard a lot of people coming up to me thinking that. Thanking them and- just said that it was a great show so. The one and how many people they have but here. I’m not I’m not positive exactly but bill yeah. So what they did was they actually had a backdrop for that back section and then they moved everyone up into it so the area they have the really far back kind of where that one section is on the far west and blocked off and everyone push over and from there over was full I mean it was packed which o was great especially with the optics I mean. Yeah you don’t have a soldut. But the portion that they sold or the person that was there was absolutely packed. And so that’s where I like the optics of it and it’s like well I mean you upgrade people’s tickets to be closer. And you have a better than that. The fan as a better experience around everyone. The artists are performers see a packed stadium I mean. I just thought it was a smart move to be able to do that we get a problem awesome that Bob. Yeah his chance. I’m told they sold a lot of soul lot of beverages well so. Hopefully. For the right idea there double. Sure there were a lot of guys like you they’re making that happen I’ll return. Second. Waters hi apron I reckon hi I mean I hi. Okay listen this is important
