Hi guys, welcome back to my channel. I feel like I have so much to say in this video, and while preparing and editing, I changed my mind a million times. Well, usually I do try my best to keep my videos objective and bring information that I think is relevant, but for this video, I want to talk with you guys. And since we have so much to discuss, let’s jump to our topics for this video. So, let’s break this down, as always. First, I can’t help but notice that Amberlynn is wearing makeup and doing her hair more hold on, stay with me here, this is important because I feel like for the longest time, probably months, it felt like she gave up, and that could be seen quite literally on her face. I’ve mentioned before that her entire routine sounded so unhealthy both for the mind and body, so I am happy to see what seems to be a better state of mind. Everyone loves people who put the effort in what they do so even if simple things like doing your make up for a vlog or washing your hair can seem quite superficial, in amberlynn’s case, they are a sign of improvement even if it’s just on her mindset. As far as food goes, I’m just so happy to hear the word “fresh”. Oh god if you have watched ANY of my videos you know how much I sound like a broken record repeating “fresh food please” over and over. So even if these are baby steps, I’m not about to drag Amberlynn for telling us that she is trying to eat fresh broccoli, you know? Ok, so breakdown part two. There are things in there that I would remove, and you guys know what it is. The processed meat, the frozen meals, and quite honestly the bread and rice too. Not because they are necessarily bad but because we know that Amberlynn has a problem with portion control, and these things should be consumed in controlled portions when trying to lose so much weight, which I don’t think is happening just yet. (I mean she is not controlling her portions from what we’ve seen) Based on these ingredients I can see those little hamburgers that we saw a few videos back on her meal plan, and they don’t make me very happy because I don’t think they are the best choice when it comes to wisely spending your calories with nutritious food. You choose these high-calorie processed and industrialized ingredients, and you’re left with a small meal that gives you sugar and fat instead of using the same 200-300 calories on fresh food that will keep you full for longer since they are providing your body with nutrients. However, I am pleased to see more fresh ingredients in her grocery list, and it’s something that she has mentioned a few times in her recent videos. Hopefully, she keeps up with it because I genuinely believe more than just counting calories, the quality of the food you’re consuming makes all the difference. So if you have watched Amberlynn’s vlogmas one and two you might have noticed the huge difference in her likes and dislikes ratio, as well as the comments. A couple of videos ago I actually said that I was sure that the dislikes and comments were a consequence of the type of content that she puts out and that if she changed so would the likes and comments. At the time, I did not know that we would have proof of that so soon, but here we go. If you have been watching Amberlynn for a while, you know that this isn’t the first time that this happens. Earlier this year she was also showing progress on her weight loss and her audience could see her effort. This weigh-in video from April also has a similar like/dislike ratio to her recent vlogmas. All of the hate suddenly disappears when people see an effort to improve and honestly more than that, I think the key is honesty. When there is truth and honesty regardless of the results, things change. When I saw such supportive comments and what it seems to be an effort to improve, I had such an overwhelming feeling. Because as much as Amberlynn wants to believe that people hate her, it was never a secret to me and neither to none of you that what people TRULY hate is the thought of the worst happening right before our eyes. When I was finishing this video, I noticed that it’s all over the place. While I’m praising her for her effort to add more fresh food to her diet, I’m also incredibly skeptical about the whole thing. Is this just a new cycle? Do I believe in what I’m watching in these vlogs? Well, none of us actually loses anything by giving Amberlynn the benefit of the doubt. The worst thing that can happen is a mukbang video in a few weeks, and if that happens, we all are going to be here to have something to say anyway. So instead of believing that all of this is fake and scripted and just an attempt of rebranding her channel, I’m going to hope that Amberlynn believes her own words and that we can see a weigh-in with significant weight loss soon. Isn’t that what all of us want? So honestly, to sum things up, I believe we are being fooled, but I don’t really care (lol) Because if there’s at least 1% chance that this is it and we are finally going to watch this woman change her life, then I’m not going to throw negativity her way.
