Hello everyone, my name is Priti Nath Guru Today we’ll talk about that “Why Diet is most important to lose weight” “Why keeping right diet is important and also why it is an integral part of our weight loss” Because now a days people have lot of methods for weight loss They do many dances like Zumba Dance, Aerobic Exercises, Gym & Yoga as well Along of all this, some people even go for weight loss surgeries But its important to control your diet & plan your diet with a proper dietitian Why it is required to plan a diet, we should understand that how does our weight increases Let me explain it to you in simple terms If you are earning Rs.50/- per day & Rs.40/- is your expenditure, this way you are saving Rs.10/- daily Slowly your piggy bank will be filled with money Similarly we should understand diet Let’s suppose throughout the day you had consumed the food worth 1500 calories And if your calorie burn is for 1200 calories, according to your BMR This way you are saving 200 calories daily Which get stored in your body as Fat thus you start putting up weight But if we reverse this process, we would reduce our weight To reverse this process we have to increase our expenditure and decrease our income And for that we require diet. For expenditure we do Exercise, Yoga & Zumba as I said earlier Here we have to work upon two things:- 1) Reduction of Income for weight loss 2) When we lose weight then how to maintain the same weight For maintenance if we didn’t care about the diet, back again we’ll start putting up weight Also its very important to know that what should we taken in our diet Because we just have to decrease the requirement of calories Other than that we do require Vitamins & Minerals In general terms a food if food but the food is not only a food rather it has lot of constituents It the blend of lot of nutrients like:- Vitamins, Minerals, Protein, Fat, Carbohydrate, Fibre & Water as well So these all are the part of our food So it is very important to know that which particular nutrient is required for our body & in how much quantity Hence its very much necessary to know it to plan your diet accordingly Lot of people says, If they’ll quit eating they’ll reduce their weight but its not like that Because there are lot of things which are required for your body so you should eat the food Your requirement is to modify your diet Rather you need not to control your diet, starvation and to kill your diet completely That’s why diet is considered as an integral part for weight reduction program Reduce your weight with any method and even through diet also Also do take support mechanism like:- Walk, Exercise or any other activity and it will hep you But Diet should be the part of your weight loss program I hope you’ll keep these tips in your mind & will definitely do Diet along with Yoga and Exercises I’m sure you’ll do it properly & for sure you’ll plan your diet through any Dietitian or Medical practitioner After doing all this you’ll have good weight reduction Please do like and share my videos.
