My name is Priti Nath Guru Today I’m going to talk about long and healthy hair Though Long and healthy hair depends on the balanced diet you are taking since childhood But there are some important food items which we’ve to include in our diet With which we can get long and healthy hair So today I’m going to discuss about them. If you are a non-vegetarian you can takeChicken, Fish, Salmon Fish specially You can even take Oysters and Egg they are very good for your hair as they are rich source of protein But if you are an vegetarian then you can get the protein from Pulses, Cottage cheese & Soya So this way you can take protein from these sources Apart from this you should take Vitamin C rich food & I’ve already done a video for Vitamin C rich food You can refer to that video for vitamin C rich food items and can follow it Nuts and Seeds can also be taken here In Nuts you can take Sunflower Seeds specially or Almonds, Walnuts, Cashew Nuts Apart from that Dark Green Leafy Vegetables, like Spinach is also very good for healthy and long hair We also have Carrot, Lentils, Barley So if you include these food items in kids and specially girl child So this way they’ll get healthy and long hair and their hair will be maintained With this type of diet they’ll not face the problem of hair fall but you have to follow this diet throughout the life Never start this diet only when you start losing hair or continue this diet even after childhood without any reason Because due to some deficiency in our food only we face the problem of hair fall, dandruff, light & non smooth hair So take balanced diet and include all these food items for healthy and long hair I hope you’ll my video Please do like and share my video & do subscribe my channel.
